Refund and Chargeback Policy of Modas Sajche

At Modas Sajche, we are committed to customer satisfaction while complying with applicable laws. Below are our policies regarding refunds, returns, and chargebacks. These policies adhere to the state laws of California and federal regulations of the United States.
Refund Policy
- Final Sale Policy:
All sales at Modas Sajche, both wholesale and retail, are considered final. This applies to purchases made both in-store and online through our Ecwid by Lightspeed-hosted website. Refunds are not offered unless one of the following exceptions applies:- The product was received damaged or defective.
- Modas Sajche made an error in processing the order.
- Refund Request Process:
If one of the above exceptions applies, the customer must notify Modas Sajche within 48 hours of receiving the product. The steps are:- Submit a written request with evidence (photos of the damaged or incorrect product) and proof of purchase.
- Modas Sajche will review the case, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for refunds:- Final sale items, custom-made products, discounted, or clearance items.
- Accessories, intimate apparel, and other non-returnable items as designated.
Chargeback Policy
- Direct Dispute Resolution with Modas Sajche:
Modas Sajche encourages all customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication. - Handling of Chargebacks:
If a customer files a chargeback with their credit card issuer, Modas Sajche reserves the right to:- Dispute the chargeback: Providing the card issuer with all relevant documentation to demonstrate that the order was fulfilled according to the terms of the purchase agreement (including receipts, shipping confirmations, and delivery proof).
- Deny the chargeback: If it is determined that the customer did not follow our refund and return policies.
- Consequences of Unjustified Chargebacks:
In cases where a chargeback is filed without valid grounds, Modas Sajche reserves the right to ban the customer from making future transactions and seek legal recourse if necessary.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
- Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s location. - Shipping Location:
Inventory is shipped from our physical store in Los Angeles, California. - Payment and Pricing:
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Deposits are not accepted, and pre-orders are not available.
Custom Orders Fulfillment
- Custom Orders:
All custom orders are fulfilled in-house by Modas Sajche. We do not use third-party vendors for custom-made products.
